The Davos Cap Calculator app will allow customers and potential investors to use the associated interest rate and funding period to get a rough estimation of their mortgage through the ‘Mortgage calculator’ feature in the app. The application will also help clients the most financially prudent property to acquire based on factors such as income. According to the group CEO David Osio, the app in line with the company’s objective of helping American citizens obtain invest in real estate with the necessary information available to them.
The company’s executive director Gerard González says that the app will give prospective clients a clear financial vision in their choice of property they want to invest in. The company has been for the last few months working hand in hand with tech company Teknolution in the development of the app. The application is available on both Android and iPhone (IOS) platforms. According to the company, the app is just the beginning of more real estate related applications aimed at helping potential clients make a better judgment while purchasing properties.
